I Mean You

So when I say I love love,

I don’t mean the kind of love people usually talk about.

Not the kind that comes and goes,

or the kind people try to explain and still get wrong.

When I say I love love, I mean You.

Because You are what love actually looks like—

not just something we describe,

but something real.

Love is such a strange thing.

The more you try to understand it, the more confusing it becomes.

It’s the kind of thing that could drive anyone mad if they really tried to figure it out completely.

But somehow,

You didn’t just understand it— You lived it.

You embodied it in a way that no one else ever could.

So when I say I love love,

I’m not talking about an idea...

I’m talking about You.
